What services does the LEX KORP accounting office provide in Warsaw?
We offer comprehensive services: KPiR and full accounting for companies and sole proprietorships, HR and payroll, ZUS settlements, registered lump-sum taxation, tax and financial consulting, legal advice, occupational health and safety, as well as support in starting a business. We operate both on-site (ul. Broniecka 12 lok. 1, 05-402 Warsaw) and online, providing representation before the tax office and ZUS.
How much does accounting and tax consulting cost?
We set the price individually depending on the form of taxation (KPiR, full accounting, lump-sum), the number of documents, and the number of employees/contracts. We will prepare a free estimate after a brief inquiry through the tab Offer or Contact. For new clients, we have preferential starter packages.
What does starting cooperation with LEX KORP look like?
We start with a short interview and document audit, then we sign the contract and powers of attorney (including for the e-Tax Office). We assist in configuring the JPK_VAT, ZUS registrations, and collecting documents from the previous office. You can deliver documents online or in person. We send a list of required materials after the inquiry.
Do you help to set up a business and choose a form of taxation?
Yes. We advise on the choice of legal form (sole proprietorship/company), select PKD, assist in registering CEIDG/KRS, VAT/VAT-UE, and ZUS registrations. We explain the differences between scale, linear, and lump-sum taxation and prepare a burden forecast to optimize taxes and costs.
How do you ensure data security and service quality?
We have been operating since 2004, we have liability insurance for accounting offices, we work in accordance with GDPR, and we use encrypted document exchange systems.
